Welcome to New Gen. A small housing association with a strong social ethos.

We are a charitable association specialising in accommodation for people with disabilities or mobility problems although we also have some general needs customers. With nearly 400 properties across Merseyside, many of our homes have been purpose built and others have been adapted to allow people to continue living independently in their own homes.
